Mary Jane Halley, CPAMary Jane Halley has been a CPA for more than 35 years. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Oklahoma State University in 1986 and began her career with Deloitte, Haskins & Sells in Detroit, Michigan. After moving home to Oklahoma in 1988, Mary Jane worked at Deloitte & Touche for several years before leaving to work in local CPA firms. In the fall of 2007, she became self-employed when she & Bud Lauhon formed Lauhon & Halley, PLLC. Over the years, she has gained extensive experience in trust and individual taxation as well as small business accounting and tax services. Mary Jane is the managing member of Halley, McDaniel & Cuite, PLLC. Mary Jane is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, Oklahoma Society of CPAs and Tulsa Estate Planning Forum. William H. (Bud) Lauhon, CPA - Retired, June 30, 2017William “Bud” Lauhon began his professional career in the tax department at First National Bank and Trust Company in Tulsa, Oklahoma. After ten years he moved to public accounting with Deloitte & Touche where he worked for 20 years. He then worked for four years with a local Tulsa accounting firm prior to launching Lauhon & Halley, PLLC in 2007. Bud's tax compliance and consulting experience is based primarily on individual and trust taxation with significant experience in numerous business entities.

Shoua FangShoua Fang is a graduate of San Diego State University with a Bachelor Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences. She moved to Oklahoma in 2021. She currently resides in Owasso with her husband and two children. In her spare time, she likes to learn about real estate and enjoys doing rehabs with her husband. Gardening is a new hobby for her, though she is not good at it, she enjoys the therapeutic process behind it.

Brielle BeardBrielle Beard has more than two decades of bookkeeping and office management experience. She was previously COO of a small tax and bookkeeping firm and prior to that was office manager at an IT company. In addition to her professional experience, Brielle is treasurer of Stanley Rother Catholic Worker and helped operate Kraston House, the organization's homeless hospitality house. She is passionate about helping small business owners, workers, and others achieve their dreams. Brielle lives in Tulsa with her husband Charles and their two youngest children. They are blessed that their three adult children and all three grandkids also live locally.
